JRG Composite Hydro-Pneumatic Booster Cylinder
Compact two-stage design delivering 1-14 tons of high-pressure output with 30-60 cycles/min — the fastest cycling model in the JiuRong lineup for high-frequency assembly and forming.
Why Choose Composite Type?
The JRG merges the two-stage force profile of a pre-press cylinder with a compact, integrated body — engineered for high-cycle production where floor space and speed matter.
Pre-Press + Boost
Two-stage with separate oil reservoir; larger footprint, proven reliability.
Full-Stroke High Force
Single-stage high force throughout; short power stroke only (5-25mm).
JRG Composite
Two-stage force in a compact integrated body; up to 60 cycles/min.
High-Frequency Cycling
30-60 cycles/min — the highest cycling rate in the JiuRong HPC lineup, ideal for automated high-volume production.
Compact Composite Structure
Integrated air-oil design eliminates external piping and reduces overall envelope versus standard pre-press types.
Two-Stage Force Profile
Fast low-force approach (50-400mm/s) followed by high-pressure boost stroke — both speed and power in one unit.
Stable Output Force
Hydraulic intensification delivers consistent, repeatable force with ±0.20mm power-stroke tolerance.
Easy Maintenance
Simple internal structure, accessible components, and standard VG68 anti-wear hydraulic oil keep downtime minimal.
Wide Configurability
4 bore sizes (50-100mm), 3 tonnages (5/8/10T), total strokes 50-400mm, and power strokes 5-20mm.

Force vs. Displacement Profile
The JRG delivers a fast low-force approach, then switches to high-pressure boost for the final 5-20mm — combining rapid cycle times with full pressing force.
The composite design integrates both phases in a single compact body. Approach speed reaches 50-400 mm/s; boost stroke is 5-20mm with full tonnage.
Pneumatic Circuit Diagram
Dual solenoid valves independently control the approach and boost phases for precise, repeatable cycling.
Operation Sequence (4-Step Cycle)
Two solenoid valves coordinate the approach and boost phases in a fully automatic cycle.
Approach Stroke
DT1 energizes. Air pressure acts on the hydraulic oil surface, driving the piston downward at high speed through the total stroke.
DT1 ON DT2 OFFBoost Stroke
The piston meets resistance. DT1 holds while DT2 energizes, activating the booster assembly for high-pressure output through the power stroke.
DT1 ON DT2 ONPressure Release
After the required dwell/holding time, DT2 de-energizes. The booster assembly retracts and the cylinder releases pressure.
DT1 ON DT2 OFFReturn Stroke
DT1 de-energizes. The cylinder assembly retracts, hydraulic oil flows back to the reservoir, and one cycle is complete.
