JiuRong® Hydro-pneumatic Boosting Cylinders Series

JiuRong® Hydro-pneumatic Boosting Cylinders Series

Energy‑saving hydraulic power from low‑pressure air

Principle: A hydro-pneumatic booster cylinder converts low‑pressure compressed air (0.2–1.0 MPa) into high‑pressure hydraulic oil (up to 50 MPa) via a differential piston area. It delivers controlled, high‑force linear motion for pressing, riveting, punching, and crimping operations – without external hydraulic pumps.

Low Pressure Hydraulic Oil Compressed Air High Pressure Hydraulic Oil 1 2 3 4 P1 P4 P3 P2

Working Principle Description

  1. Reset Standby State
Air supplied to P2 and P3, exhausted from P1 and P4. Both pre-press piston and boost piston remain at upper limit. The reservoir, cross passage and lower cylinder form a connected low-pressure circuit full of hydraulic oil.
  2. Pre-press Fast Forward Stroke
Air supplied to P1 and P3, exhausted from P2. Compressed air acts on the oil surface in the reservoir. Hydraulic oil flows through the cross passage into the lower cylinder, driving the pre-press rod down rapidly to eliminate idle stroke and contact the workpiece.
  3. Boost Forming Stage
Air supplied to P4, exhausted from P3. The boost piston drives the boost ram downward to seal the oil passage, enclosing the lower chamber. Oil pressure rises sharply to deliver high tonnage force and complete workpiece forming.
  4. Return Stroke Complete
Air supplied to P3 and P2, exhausted from P4. Boost ram retracts and reopens the oil passage. Pressure releases and the circuit reconnects. Pre-press piston returns upward, oil flows back to the reservoir, finishing one full cycle.

The most difficult or key point of the production process for Audio and Video Cable Assemblies is ensuring signal integrity across the entire assembly as failure in any of these areas can directly affect the quality and reliability of the signal transmission.

By understanding these advantages, you can leverage cable solutions to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of your products.

AV Cable Assemblies

RCA AV Cable Assemblies

RCA AV (Audio/Video) Cable Assemblies are specialized cables designed for transmitting analog audio and video signals between devices. These cables are widely recognized for their color-coded connectors—red, white, and yellow—which indicate their specific functions. The red and white connectors are for stereo audio (right and left channels), while the yellow connector is for composite video.

  • Coaxial Construction: These cables have a coaxial structure, ensuring efficient signal transmission and shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
  • Color-Coding:
    • Yellow: Composite video
    • Red: Right audio channel
    • White: Left audio channel.

AV Cable Assemblies

XLR Cable Assemblies

XLR Cable Assemblies are specialized cable solutions that use XLR connectors, designed primarily for professional audio, video, and lighting applications. Known for their durability, secure locking mechanism, and ability to transmit balanced signals, these cables are essential in environments where high-quality and noise-free signal transmission is required.

  • XLR connectors are cylindrical and have 3, 4, 5, or more pins depending on the application.
    • 3-Pin XLR: Most common for audio
    • 4, 5, and higher pins: Used for lighting (DMX) or specialized audio/video setups.
    • Cable Construction: High-quality shielding prevents electromagnetic and radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI).
    • Locking Mechanism: XLR connectors have a latch that securely locks the connection, preventing accidental disconnection during use.

AV Cable Assemblies

HDMI Cable Assemblies

HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) Cable Assemblies are cable solutions designed to transmit high-definition digital video and audio signals between devices.

  • Carries Ethernet for network connectivity
  • Supports CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) for unified device control.
  • with Shielding to Protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI).

AV Cable Assemblies

TRS/TS Cable Assemblies

TRS (Tip-Ring-Sleeve) and TS (Tip-Sleeve) Cable Assemblies are specialized audio cables used for connecting various audio equipment. They are widely used in professional audio, music, and broadcasting applications, where high-quality sound transmission is crucial. These cables use 3.5mm, 1/4-inch, or other connector sizes and are essential for providing balanced or unbalanced audio signals.

  • Cables are often constructed with oxygen-free copper (OFC) to ensure low resistance and high-quality signal integrity
  • Typically made of nickel-plated brass, and gold-plated connectors
  • Come with rubber or PVC insulation to protect the internal wiring and feature braided shielding to reduce interference
  • Common Types:
    • 1/4-inch TRS/TS Cables
    • 3.5mm TRS/TS Cables
    • Stereo TRS Cables
    • Balanced TRS Cables
    • Instrument Cables (TS)

AV Cable Assemblies

Optical Fiber (TOSLINK) Cable Assemblies

Optical Fiber (TOSLINK) Cable Assemblies are high-performance cables used for transmitting digital audio signals over optical fiber, utilizing TOSLINK connectors.

  • Commonly used for S/PDIF (Sony/Philips Digital Interface) audio connections, enabling high-quality stereo or multi-channel audio over optical fiber
  • Support up to 24-bit depth and 192 kHz sampling rates, which ensures high-definition audio transmission.

AV Cable Assemblies

DisplayPort Cable Assemblies

DisplayPort cables support ultra-high-definition video, multi-channel audio, and advanced features like daisy chaining, making them a preferred choice for professionals, gamers, and multimedia enthusiasts.

  • Supports high data transfer rates, enabling resolutions up to 8K (7680 × 4320) at 60Hz and 4K (3840 × 2160) at higher refresh rates (e.g., 120Hz or 144Hz), depending on the version (DP 1.2, 1.4, or 2.0).
  • Supports Multi-Stream Transport (MST)
  • Support for Adaptive Sync/FreeSync technologies
  • Enables HDR (High Dynamic Range), providing richer colors and better contrast ratios.

AV Cable Assemblies

BNC Video Cable Assemblies

BNC Video Cable Assemblies are specialized cable assemblies that use Bayonet Neill–Concelman (BNC) connectors for transmitting video signals, typically in professional and industrial applications.

  • Feature a bayonet-style locking mechanism.
  • Typically 50-ohm or 75-ohm.
  • Commonly used for composite video, SDI (Serial Digital Interface), and HD-SDI (High Definition Serial Digital Interface).

AV Cable Assemblies

VGA Cable Assemblies

VGA (Video Graphics Array) Cable Assemblies are specialized cables designed for transmitting analog video signals between a computer or other video source and a display device, such as a monitor or projector.

  • The VGA connector is a 15-pin D-subminiature (D-sub) connector arranged in three rows, commonly referred to as DE-15.
  • Supports resolutions ranging from 640×480 (VGA) to 1920×1080 (Full HD)
  • High-quality versions may include ferrite beads to further reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).

AV Cable Assemblies

DIN/Mini-DIN Cable Assemblies

DIN/Mini-DIN Cable Assemblies are specialized cables equipped with DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) or Mini-DIN connectors, commonly used for transmitting audio, video, data, or power signals in a variety of professional and consumer applications.

  • Supports the transmission of analog or digital signals
  • Features robust connectors that ensure secure mating, minimizing signal loss and disconnections.
  • Often used for low-voltage applications or low-frequency data and control signals.
